Default Is CHOCOLATE better than SEX? No, but it tastes great with pork.

'Ello 'Ello 'Ello...

I'm new to the neighborhood and came here under great recommendations.

Since I'm a closeted Type A personality, I have already started planning my Thanksgiving menu. And, keeping in tradition with my lack of tradition, I will not be preparing turkey this year. No sir, I plan on something far different.

About a year ago, I had the pleasure of enjoying Kobe Beef prepared in chocolate & espresso at Sushi Samba Rio, in my lovely Chicago. It was as close to orgasm as you can get while still keeping your pants on. Wonderful. This Thanksgiving, I would like to prepare something very similar - a pork tenderloin prepared with chocolate & espresso.

Can anyone provide a recipe or guidance on how to prepare this wonderful dish? I would be eternally grateful

Thank you!

Hello Rub,
Did you purposely choose a tiny font? Couldn't read what you wrote, could barely guess at some of the words, even with my glasses. You might want to rewrite in bigger font that some of us over-fiftys can read.

I'd say a beautiful roasted or grilled tenderlion, a chocolate dessert followed by a nice espresso.

Roast pork seasoned with salt, pepper, maybe some warm spices (depending on the sauce you choose), some ground espresso, served with a sauce such as a mole poblano sauce, finish it with a few pistoles of chocolate. Could also just make a glace de viande kinda sauce and incorporate espresso and chocolate - all you need to do to incorporate chocolate is add a few pistoles at the end like you would when mounting it with butter...

Default Why chocolate is better than sex:

1. You can wear flannel pj's, a 20 year old bathrobe, curlers, a mud pack and fuzzy bunny slippers and chocolate doesn't care.

2. You can eat chocolate all day.

3. It doesn't matter if chocolate is soft.

4. It's not illegal to buy chocolate.

5. You can finish a chocolate bar and have one right after that.

6. You can eat chocolate in front of your parents.

7. You won't get pregnant from chocolate.

8. You can't get an STD from chocolate.

9. Chocolate is always available. You can have any kind or color of chocolate you want at any time.

10. You won't get arrested for eating chocolate in public.

11. Chocolate doesn't get jealous.

12. You can have more than one chocolate bar at a time.

13. You don't have to wonder if it's ok to eat chocolate.

14. You can have chocolate and don't have to promise to call.

15. You don't have to make excuses for not calling after having chocolate.

16. You don't have to get chocolate little gifts.

17. You don't have to take chocolate out to dinner.

18. Chocolate doesn't hog the covers.

19. Chocolate doesn't have an icy butt.

OK, I think I'll stop now...

Oh yeah..., what about a variation of Mole for the Pork?
