| ok, I am working in a kitchen and i will be helping with specials. I will be given a cut of meat wether it be chicken, steak, fish, seafood or another type of meat. My problem is that we sever all our meats are servered with sauces and im inexperienced when it comes to pairing meats with sauces so if you could give me ideas that would help when i am given a chunk of meat. we already use alcohol in some of our sauces so thats not a problem so if you could help me please do so. ![]() CD

| It depends what type of cooking your kitchen does.
