maria_carrasco is on a distinguished road
Default White choco-cake

I love the chocolate and I only want to share with you some receipts that I know from my friends in my country.

BIZCOCHO CHOCOLATE Blanco:

INGREDIENTS:
4 EGGS
1 YOGURT (it is yogurt, like milk but you eat with a spoon )(Usually is the same measure that for a glass of water, aproximatly, but doesnt matter because the important is the proportion between the ingredients)
ACTION(measure of the yogur) YOGUR OF SUGAR (you have to use for measure de sugar, the "box" on its de yogurt, so 2 times it full)
4 ACTION YOGUR OF FLOUR (you have to use for measure the quantity of the flour, the "box" of the yogurt, so 4 times it full)
1 MEASURE OF OLIVE (you have to use the measure of the "box" to the yogurt for to put oil (but olive oil)
HALF CHOCOLATE WHITE
HALF CHOCOLATE BLACK
50gr HAZELNUTS or WALNUTS
ON AND envelope OF LEVADURA
VANILLA LIQUID
LEMON ZEST(you have to grate the skin of the lemon, only the yellow part)

PREPARATION:
Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
Sieve flour with the yeast and reserve.
Beat the eggs until they foam. Add sugar, vanilla, lemon, yogurt, vanilla, hazelnuts, and the oil (gradually). Mix with flour and yeast.
Put half of the dough in a bowl and beat the other half with WHITE chocolate .Put in a silicone mold with butter. Add the other half black chocolate piece and mix. Add on the mold.
Put 50 minutes at 180 degrees (depending on oven)Celsius degrees of course...
