Combine 2 tsp soy sauce, 1 tsp rice wine vinegar, 2 tsp corn starch, sugar, and the chicken in one bowl. In other combine 2 Tbsp chicken broth, 1 tsp rice wine vinegar, and 2 tsp soy sauce. I use some dried chillies, garlic, and salt and pepper for seasoning. When cooking, I swirl in the chicken mixture first, let the chicken brown and then add the other bowl. It works great, turns out nice and thick and very tasty. Very simple. |

| Saute some chopped chilies, garlic and ginger in peanut oil until tender. Add 3/4 cup dry white wine, 1/3 cup soy sauce, 1/3 cup brown sugar, and 2 tsp cornstarch and bring to a boil. (stirring) When it thickens, remove from heat and cool, then add some lime juice. mmmm goes good with shrimp or stir fry. |
