 Need crispy vanilla oatmeal cookie recipe!
When i was young i made this cookie recipe my mother gave to me. it was a vanilla oatmeal cookie. I remember there tast, apperance and a few ingredients. They were a bright redish brown with the quick oats visible. They had 2 eggs i think, quick oats, brown sugar, canola oil and lots of vanilla. You just mixed it up and dropped spoonfuls on a cookie sheet and thats it. The result was a perfectly round not to thin, not to thick, crispy cookie,vanilla flavor, just perfect proportion. Well, we lost the recipe and i have tried to find similar recipes, but can't find anything close. If someone has knows of somehting similar can you post the recipe? thanks |
