Default St. Patty's day recipes!

St. Patrick's day is coming soon and aside from corn beef and cabbage (yum) and some Guiness I cant think of any good dishes!

anyone got any good ideas?

There was a recent thread on Irish food....lots of suggestions on there. Try have a search for it.

champ in there , and some mustard sauce,
some irish soda bread

Corned beef and cabbage has only recently appeared on menus in Ireland for St Patrick's Day - the tourists always ask for it, but it was more usual for Irish celebrations to cook boiled bacon and champ.

Nowadays, like green beer, it seems to have found its way to the Emerald Isle
