Trying to find I have some brie and some puff pastry. Long time ago, around (10) years ago I was encountered by a chef put some i think was caramel and some nuts to make a sweet dessert en croute? Any ideas on what i can do to make it sweet to pair with some delicious crackers and bake it and eat it? I am making dinner for a special guest and want to make it really special.
