Nepalese recipes

I just wanted to mention that the Hippocrene Cooks blog is covering
Nepalese cuisine this week, and will feature two recipes from Jyoti
Pathak's book, "A Taste of Nepal." The first recipe posted is pretty
easy to follow, with readily obtained ingredients and clear
instructions, and an excellent end product. Take a look if you have a minute and are looking for new recipes! It's at hippocrenecooks.blogspot.com.
