QOS Applebutter Pancakes

I love pancakes and I changed some ingredients in a recipe that was in an old cookbook to come up with these. My family LOVES them and so does everyone else who has ever ate them!

2 cups all purpose flour
2 cups whole milk
2 extra large eggs
1/2 tsp salt
3 tablespoons sugar
5 teaspoons baking powder
6 tablespoons oil
1-2 tablespoons cinnamon
1/3 cup applebutter

Mix until smooth and pour 1/4 to 1/3 cup on hot griddle. Flip when the entire top is dotted with bubbles. I dot each pancake with a spoon of butter as they come off the griddle. Serve with warmed syrup.

I hope y'all enjoy them! They have made me a popular chick when I ask "who wants pancakes"

Thanks QOS for the recipe. I have some homemade peach butter that I want to try this with. The Peach Butter Cheesecake I made the other day sure disappeared fast enough!
