So, I’ve had a blast thinking up a way to turn red velvet cake into a pie here in the recipe section. It got me to thinking…I know, beginner’s luck… what with all the food “challenges” as seen on TV, what if we did our own challenges here?
We all know there is enough talent buzzing about Chef Talk. Surely we could come up with a way of creating a specific recipe challenge. I volunteer to use my sewing skill to make a chef’s hat complete with gold lame crown to go to the winner.

ohhh i like the sound of this, coming from the other side of the world our tastes can be quite different from yours so it would be a great chance to give some different ideas and gain more information. My inner self is a very competitive soul and loves being giving a challenge, my outerself is always wanting to bust out and do new things.
