Thumbs up Ground Chicken

I personally feel that a HB can be made from any type of ground meat. We use venison, pork, turkey, beef, and now chicken. I bought some chicken tenders that only have .5 grams of fat per 4 ozs. We used our home grider and made Chicken burgers with olive oil and fresh rosemary. They were delish and much healthier than beef!!

I love the idea of adding Mex Chorizo, we eat it for breakfast, but have not experimented with it much. I will try this for sure, much appreciated.

Yes, flipping will reduce moistness ending with much less flavor.
