Smile My delicious super healthy 2 minute breakfast smoothie

I have this for breakfast every morning, it takes 2 minutes to make, 2 minutes to enjoy, and 10 seconds to clean up, then you can begin your day.

Ingredients

2 frozen ripe bananas (peel them before freezing and put in plastic container)
2 tablespoons raw almonds
2 tablesppons rolled oats
1 tablespoon flax seeds
water to make it a thick smoothie consistency while blending

Blend the above ingredients in a blender for about a minute or so. Enjoy
This tastes absolutely lovely and is soooooo good for you. All these ingredients are really good for lowering cholesterol too.

Even just the bananas and almonds blended with the water taste amazing.
