You're gonna love this recipe I promise. Be sure to keep plenty of ingredients on hand to make this cause it will be requested a lot. - 1 big box chef-boyardee cheese pizza kit
- 1 small onion cut in half then sliced
- 2 handfuls shredded mozzarella cheese
- 20 slices pepperoni cut into 4 pieces each
- 15 to 20 green or black olives cut into pieces (optional)
- 1 cup diced ham
- 1 Tablespoon sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 4 ounce can sliced mushrooms (optional)
- 1 pound of your favorite sausage. (I like Tennessee Pride Hot Sausage)
- Desired amount of pickled jalapeno peppers cut up
- 1 teaspoon paprika
Mix pizza dough according to directions on box except before adding water stir in sugar and Italian seasoning. Cover with towel and let sit while preparing other ingredients.
Brown sausage and crumble up. Remove from heat and add onions, pepporoni, olives, ham, mushrooms, jalapenos and paprika. Mix well.
Spread dough onto large cookie sheet or pizza pan. Spread with pizza sauce, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese that came in pizza kit. Cover with sausage mixture then mozzarella cheese. Bake at 425 degrees until top starts to brown. Remove from oven and allow to sit for at least 15 minutes before cutting or serving.
