Cooksober4life,

Ed asks a good question.

Knowing him as I do, I sense a little irritation on his part and think I know why. I'm non-plussed by this recipe; and similarly non-plussed by the other recipes you've posted so far.

I gather your first "how to do a cooking blog" post/blog entry, and from the recpes themselves, that they are either public domain, PLR, or you've made minor changes to other folks' work to remain within the letter of copyright law. Indeed, that some, at least, are many indicia that they're copied from other sources, then edited.

To be blunt, they don't appear to be original.

From the recipes alone, you seem to be interested in cooking low fat meals that don't take much skill or preparation time. It's not really the type of cooking I do, nor is it a type in which I'm interested in writing about. In fact, I'd say it's food for people who neither like to cook nor eat.

Nevertheless, "quick and healthy" is a category interesting to a lot of people, and should be explored. Even so, you're getting little to no feedback and may well ask why.

It would be nice if you could personalize them somewhat or make them interesting in some broader context than just starting dumping them in separate threads you created for the purpose. It seems from your nick that you've made some big changes for the better in your life -- perhaps healthy eating is one. I'm sure you've got a lot to say. Please say it.

On the inevitable other hand, you appear to be "represening" for someone or something -- Yummy PLR and sober4life. In fact your picture bears a resemblance to Chef Tommy -- but I'm not wearing my glasses -- and the "sober" in your nick may be more commercial representation. In your favor, at least you're not blatantly spamming.

I'm not a moderator so I may be out of line saying so, but if you're just trying to drum up business for Yummy PLR please go elsewhere. On the other hand, if you want to be a part of CT you could fill your recipes out a little.

Good luck,
BDL
