| I'm Looking for a sauce idea for snow crab ravioli with dill, in a tomato striped pasta. Thanks in advance. |

| for a very light sauce: tomato water with imported capers and lemon zest. puree fresh tomatos, set them on a cheese cloth and the liquid that falls through is the tomato water. What is on top is ready for other needs. |
