 chicken and dumplings I'm getting ready to do a lunch with chicken and dumplings. I need a dumpling recipe that is moist but won't fall apart when I drop them into the broth. The ones I do at home usually end up falling apart and dissappearing.

 Banqueteer: I am having a very vague memory of a chicken and dumpling recipe somewhere in my recipe archives at home that might be perfect for you. The dumplings in this recipe do fall apart if you are not careful but they don't disappear. Would you like this recipe? Let me know and I will try to find it for you.
