Stuffed Baked Apples

I am looking for a recipe for Stuffed Baked Apples that are in a
pastry crust.

Basic outline for baked stuffed apples
use whichever fruits, nuts, spices and chocolates you like. you can buy or make your own puff pastry. or you can use pie dough.

4 granny smith apples
2 TBL raisins or sultanas
2 TBL crushed walnuts
2 TBL brown sugar
1 TBL butter
2 TBL Chopped chocolate (opt)
1 TBL flour
1 tsp cinnamon, nutmeg, mace, pepper.
1/2 tsp salt.
peel and half way core the apples.
cream the butter, sugar, flour and spices. fold in the fruits etc.
stuff the apples with the mixture. wrap in a square of egg washed puff pastry, sprinkle with course sugar.
bake in a hot oven 375 convection 400 still.
until golden brown
