| S.O.A.R. The Searchable Online Archive of Recipes is a good start. They have a vegetarian section under restricted diets. The web address is: www.soar.berkeley.edu/recipes/. About.com's recipe section has some good recipes/ideas too! Good Luck-- I have to add that my favourite cookbook during my vegetarian days was the Moosewood Cookbook by Mollie Katzen! The Elegant Bean and Versatile Grain is pretty cool too. |
