Anyone Have Any Good Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipes To Share?

I've been thinking about cookies for a while and wondered if anyone had any good chocolate chip cookie recipes to share. True, I follow Nestle's recipe when making these, but at the same time I am an adventuruous person and so I like trying new things.

I wonder if we could make these cookies with some mint flavor in them? I have never tried this idea; it just popped up in my head. Nevertheless, I would like to try this some day if I ever get the chance. This reminds me of the mint brownies I have at my local library here, for which I had asked if anyone had any recipes and I am truly grateful to those of you who responded to that topic. I will truly be grateful to all who respond to this topic also.

The mint flavoring in the cookies is just a thought and I am eager to try it if it is at all possible. Any responses to this topic will be greatly appriciated!
