Post Chicken Divan

Here's another recipe I got from school that I have made quite a lot and which I know everyone will enjoy.

The recipe is as follows:

4 chicken breasts-cooked and boneless
2 lb. fresh broccoli, cooked
2 cans Cream of Chicken soup
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon curry and lemon

1)Butter a 9x13 pan
2)line pan with broccoli, then with chicken
3)mix soup, mayo, curry and lemon, then pour over chicken
4)add cheese on top
5)bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes

This is one of my favorite dishes. I hope everyone else enjoys it too!

Thank you so much Afra for the recipe.
My sister-in-law made this for a celebratory dinner when we were engaged 18 years ago and it was amazing. I asked for the recipe, but as she is totally paranoid about cooking for a chef, refused to give me the whole recipe. ( she's also a bit of a b***ch) Said i should work it out for myself if i was so clever Hmm! All she would say was that it contained a dollop of mayonnaise and a can of campbells chicken soup. No more.
It really was Fabulous
So thank you again for tomorrow night's dinner.

I love chicken divan - it was about the only thing my ex-wife could cook.

wish I wasn't on a diet - or I could go for a big scoop right now!
