How about Jambalaya?

But if you're looking for finger foods, there's a brand new book out there called «Enoteca : Simple, Delicious Recipes in the Italian Wine Bar Tradition»
by Joyce Esersky Goldstein, Evan Goldstein, Angela Wyant (Photographer)

For a review of the book simply

Also, Martha Stewart's Hors D'Oeuvres Handbook contains a gold mine of appetizers, soups and fingerfoods.

Is this for tailgating or at home? Jambalaya is a great suggestion, so much more interesting than the usual crock pot of chili. Why not choose a cuisine based on the visitor's region, or local favorites from whatever the city is. I guess jambalaya would be for the New Orleans Saints. Might be interesting.

Post ISO football fun foods???

Hi all, I'm looking for quick
and easy recipes for appetizers,
soups, and finger foods. Any
thing that can be prepared in
advance and finished on gameday
would be greatly appreciated.
