Post Chili Recipes

I just got some cans of chili, one is vegetarian chili with beans and the other is Chili Con Carne with Beans. Does anyone have any recipes I could make out of these? I wonder if you could make similar recipes that you use for chili with pinto beans?

All responses will be greatly appriciated!

Afra - you can make a really great hot dip with canned chili - a layer of cream cheese, the chili, and about 6 oz. of grated Monterey Jack (or better yet, pepper jack) cheese on top. Bake at 350 F. for about 15-20 minutes.

Here's what I would do, the can of chili con carne, I would make an open faced hot hamburger sandwich, topped with the chili, and serve it with mashed potatoes.

CoolJ-I tried your idea yesterday and I liked the way the chili tasted on the burger! Thanks for the suggestion!

you're welcome Afra, I'm glad you enjoyed it. That is a dish that I ran as a dinner special one night at work when we were under going our renovations and were working out of a rental trailer kitchen, and it went over well with the truckers.
