Question Seeking Lum's hamburger spice mix

I'm trying to recreate a hamburger that is served at Lum's Restaurants. I haven't eaten one since the food allergies kicked in. As best I recall it is a very spicy burger and the flavors are complex but mix very well.

I've succeeded in roughly approximating the taste by mixing Casbah's 'Gyros All Natural Mix' into ground beef, but something is still missing. (Mostly the heat.)

The ingredients for the Gyros mix are: organic whole wheat flour, salt, herbs, natural flavor, garlic, onion, spice. Actually it looks a lot like TVP but it tastes wonderful! Wish I knew what those 'herbs', 'natural flavors' and 'spices' are. (Hint, hint.)

If any of you have eaten at Lum's and think you might know the spice mix for those wonderful spicy hamburgers (whose name I can't remember) please do share your thoughts.

TIA!

You don't seem to be getting much of a response. I'm afraid I can't help directly; I don't remember ever encountering a Lum's restaurant. However, here are two web sites that might have some information for you: (1) www.cdkitchen.com has, either as part of the site or in a link, a collection of copycat recipes and recipes from various restaurants; and (2) www.hungrybrowser.com/phaedrus runs (or claims to run) an "ask-and-I'll-find" recipe location service. Hope that helps.
