 need input- almond cookie I would like some input on a recipe for a yummy alond cookie for valentine's day. a job interview with the most prosperous candy maker in town is dependent on this. she does all the high brow functions and i would really like to work with this woman. all she requires is a heqart shaped almond cookie that will make your mouth drool. anyone, please?!!!!  Almond Daquoise piped in the shape of hearts.Or use a stensil (spelling?). Take two cookies and make a "sandwich" with Amoretto buttercream. maybe dipped in chocolate? or just stripped ? waddya think? |
