| Help I am trying desperarely to find the Salmon and White Chocolate recipe by Marco Pierre White. The recipe is from White Heat and the distributors in New Zealand are being a pain and can't say when they will have it again. | This goes back to what I said in an earlier post about weird food pairings. I would not eat in a restaurant that would try to pawn this off on me. No offense, JED. ![]()

| White chocolate and salmon sounds pretty weird to me, but I would try almost anything once. After all, mole is chocolate based so maybe it would be good? |

| I have read a few books that were from Canada and Europe where they use white chocolate in sauces for savory foods, but I have yet to try them. I guess it wouold have to be spicy entree. But salmon hmmm! |

| maybe white cholate would go good with a pan seared mahi mahi. maybe i would add a little wine or somethign to the white choclate and maybe had a hint of curry too. might ne good. |
