| I have a ton of Lemon Verbena in my herb garden. I use it with seafood and poultry and some Asian based dishes. Do you use it? What do you make with it? Anyone ever use it in a sachet.

| Lemon verbena makes WONDERFUL tea. Harvest and dry the excess to use through the winter just as you would mint. (Gather it up in bundles, dry upside down, preferably but not necessarily in a brown paper bag which will protect it from dust etc.) Drying the end of the season's harvest will allow you to extend its season. |
