Thanks for posting your sought-after mint brownie recipe and testing it for us.

Just to show how far recipes travel and change, I found this same recipe in a cookbook compiled by the members of the Junior League of Raleigh, NC. They called this brownie "Mint Candy-Cake". It comes out essentially the same only they bake it in a 9"x9" brownie pan.

Scroll up this topic a little and you'll see the recipe. I posted it on August 2, the day I stumbled across the recipe in my parish cookbook.

foodnfoto, if you could post the recipe you found on this site, I would greatly appriciate it, as I am eager to see what ingredients the recipe has, if it is exactly the same as the one I posted, and if it will turn out the same way as the brownie I've been looking for has. Thanks so much in advance!

Has anyone tried the recipe I posted for this brownie since the time I posted it? I just had another of these brownies and I really like them! I am curious as to how many people have tried them and what their opinions are! Hehe I look forward to all the responses!
