Chinese Chicken Salad

I'm looking for a "Chinese Chicken Salad" recipe ( I like California Pizza Kitchen's )and am wondering if anybody has a cool but fairly simple fav. recipe... also interested in "Coconut Breaded Shrimp"... THANKS, PEACE.

I saw a recipe for Chinese Chix Salad in The New Basics by Rosso and Lukins, the Silver Palate women. Have you tried the recipe website? The soar database?

Asian Chicken salad
rice vinegar-6oz
soy sauce-4oz.
sugar-2tbsp
ginger,minced-3tbsp
boneless,skinless chix breast-1lb,8oz.
sesame oil-1oz.
snow peas-4oz.
carrot,julienne-4oz.
celery,julienne-4oz.
jicama,julienne-4oz.
cilantro-2tbsp
combinevinegar,soy,ginger,sugar,and 1 tsp white pepper
cut the chix into1/2 by1/2 by 3 in.stir-fry in the sesame oil
blanch the veggies in salted water,refresh and drain well
combine the chix with veggies and the dressing,add cilantro-toos and serve
enjoy!!!!!!!!
p.s.we run a chix salad on lunch occasionally called "black n blue" chix salad very good --blackened chix using blue cheese dressing,onions,celery etc. give it a try-you wont regret it
