Hi,
Well i am a pastry chef beginner. I havent gone to school for it, but I got a great chance to inhance myself. I started in the pantry and moved up to pastry chef and lunch sous chef, I have alot of parties planned for the holidays and i also do the the desserts for our sunday brunch.....So i am always looking for new ideas, for the holidays. I try to do diffrent menus every week.my menu includes:

trifle, tart, truffles, bars, two diffrent cheesecakes, three diffrent tortes ( one of them being large) cookies, pie, small pastries.

today i made a awsome rice pudding tart topped with wine poched pears
