You could make soynut butter.

Chocolate Chip Soybean Cookies (the Speed Scratch way)

Add one cup of roasted soynuts to a tube of prepared, refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough. Bake as directed. OR

Chocolate Chip Soybean Cookies (the old-fashioned way)

4 eggs
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons soymilk
2 cups (12 ounces) chocolate chips
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups roasted soybean nuts
3 cups all-purpose flour

Heat oven to 350º F. In a mixing bowl, cream margarine and brown sugar until light and fluffy, about 3 minutes. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in soymilk and vanilla. Drop by teaspoonfuls, 2 inches apart, onto greased baking sheets. Bake for 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Makes about 6 dozen (3-inch) cookies.
