I found the nutrition value of their products are on their websites, and it's a little scary. I don't know if I would say that the food is "healthy", but sometime I do have a craving for a burger. And at that point, health be damned

Looking at the nutrition value, it looks like there isn't a huge variance in the healthiness of the food. Here's the links to the nutrition portion of the sites.

As for costs, I'm not sure which is cheapest. I do miss the 99 cent whoppers though. Okay, I'm not old enough to remember the 25c burger days, so no kiddie jokes please
But speaking of costs, I remember going back to Asia and my cousins would want to take me out to McDonald's for a nice dinner. To them, McD's was considered a luxury meal and something that you would have when you wanted to treat yourself. Definitely changed my perspective on things.
