Well if you can make the time to come out Cape why don't we plan an excursion in the coming year? I am sure we could get a good crowd to Alinea.

| |  I have been there...loved the flatware
I just recently visited Alinea and enjoyed the experience very much.
I opted for the tour which lasted about 5 hours, perhaps a few minutes more. We also got the wine pairing which I would suggest to anyone. THis enhanced all the flavors, as it should do.
I was very impressed by the plating of the food, which i understand was designed by the chefs architect friend. Does anyone have any idea as to how you get into this line of work'?
I find it emmensly interesting, and would love to find out more. |
