Post Been to Lakeview Supper Club yet?

We had dinner over at Lakeview Supper Club Wednesday evening. The chef, Michael Tsonton, did a fabulous job. The food was remarkable. I had the pork with cabbage and lentils. Whew!

I was invited to one of their opening events, since I consulted on the project and I've known Oz and Rose for years. Michael's cooking is even better than I remembered at Brio. I love the wine "half-bottle" program. For a small premium, you can order 350ml of ANY bottle of still wine on the list. It's a great concept, especially given the breadth of the menu - you can order lots of different stuff and still have great wine matches.
