If you are ever in Spokane, stop at Fugazzis and try the bread. Its great. Old world style artisan breads. Its amazing how something so simple and basic as bread can be so wonderful.
GREAT BREAD... LA BREA BAKERY...WHERE IT ALL BEGAN... Nancy Silverton is the greatest bread baker.... Many have gone on to copy and emulate..... It's in Los angeles. Check it out.
