Talking Southwest Suburbs

Anyone looking for a fantastic dining "experience", check out the Courtyard Bistro in historic Frankfort, IL. Located at 21 White, Street - (815) 464-1404, Chef Tony Glavas has done a supurb job of keeping is customers happy. The menu is "American Bistro" and simply wonderful. Very little advertising is done by this establishment because they just don't seem to need it! While a majority of their customers are "regulars", people from all over the City and Suburbs are hearing about his talents. The Courtyard Bistro's menu (and atmosphere) will not only give you outstanding presentation, food quality and taste, the service is exceptional as well.

A big bonus to this restaurant is the outdoor dining. A beautiful stone fireplace and lovely music sets the scene for a great night of dining under the stars!

Cool

I sure do miss the great places to monge in Chi-Town. Born and Raised! Now living and Itinerate CHeffing in Colorado.
Most food is boring to me, unfortunately. There are a couple of authentic restaurants I go to escape the madness of a non-commercial kitchen. Each persons kitchen is a new organizational set-up per month and per menu!
One is El Tejado on Broadway & Vassar north of downtown Englewood, Co. another is the Half-Moon Bay on Littleton Blvd.in Littleton, Co. and a cafe that's been around for about 16 years: Annies on 8th. (know the owner, Dianna Stevens, great business women)
Just thought I'd mention it if any-body comes to town.....
