With the thumbs up, thumbs down review system, I feel like siskel and ebert. I guess I'm both, considering I'm the only chef in Chicago that eats out.

Tonight I had dinner at Grace, on Randolph...next door to Blackbird. It's Fabulous. Very good service, food and ambiance.

One word: "venison"

Haven't heard of Grace, who is the chef?

the chef is Ted Cizma... formerly of the Outpost on Clark Street in Chicago. This is way more elegant and refined, but still simple. That's what I like. Not pushing that limit of over zealousness....
