| Went to Higgins for dinner tonight and met Greg Higgins. Shroomgirl what a great guy. He invited me to the chef's collaborative on Jan 14th. And even send us a complimentary appetizer of Salmon. What a great ambience and incredible food. Danielle |

| Good for you! That whole list of CC members in Portland should be good restaurant guide. The emphasis is on buying from farmers, so kitchens are geared toward that. The conference is ALWAYS wonderful...usually in Sept. not sure where it will be this year but it is always WORTH the effort to go. Couldn't make it to NY this year cause it was on opening day of the farmer's market and I'd been gone 3 weekends in a row...kids will only go for so long then*&^%$&^*^%;. I'm thinking of going to SF for the Fancy food show. Jan. 19-21...good field trips, always a great time in SF. |
