| I have worked at Picasso and Renior. It is amazing the equipment, service, and the products we have, and kitchen space seems endless for 26 kitchen workers. Mark these two spots on your next destination. And for you future chefs of america the cost of living is great, the pay is 12 to 14 to start and the best benifits in the country. At Picasso it details, details, details, a great learning atmosphere. And for all those who get bored late at night because of a conflicting schedule its a 24-hour town. |

| Didn't get to Picasso or Renoir (Rio, right?). I found LV versions of Olives, Nobu, Pinot Brasserie, Coyote Cafe, etc. to be pricey and to have really crappy service. Too bad, too, I thought I was saving money by going there instead of NYC, San Francisco and LA. |
