Default A Second Trip to Vegas

I'm planning my second visit to Las Vegas sometime this summer. My first visit was just around a year ago so most restaurants I went to then should still be there now like Todai but I'd like to get other opinions of other places to go and try. I should be able to budget around $200 for 3-4 nights to food and maybe drinks for 2 adults. I don't want to just do buffets though cost effective they are, it dosn't have to be fine dinning though thats in to air if I can raise more money for the trip.

Any suggestions?
