Default The best of the worst, kitchen side

Okay, in all fairness, I feel we should list the all time bad from the kitchen.

1.Your steak is undercooked, and it comes back microwaved.

Default oh yeah

...said steak that came back microwaved was flanked with cold side items because they sat there while the steak was being nuked

I went to a Lone Star steakhouse and ordered a steak with a side of sauteed onions. They didn't peel the onions. Just sliced them and cooked them. I showed the manager and he gave me my meal for free.

Putting an obviously dead garnish on a plate, anyway (because that was the last one and the cook didn't want to go all the way to the walk-in to get the newly-prepped ones).

Flat top omelets, and "LIMP FRIES", pardon me for yelling. You know the fries that have been sitting in a bowl or pan under the heat lamp for the past half an hour.

Actually "refried fries" are worse. That shows the cook is so lazy that he can't even make you new fries.
