Default Eat Out, or Bring In?

At work, do you usually eat out, or bring your lunch in?
I bring my lunch; it's cheaper!

I do both, but most of the time I bring it in. I always keep a loaf of white bread, crunchy peanut butter, raspberry jam & a bag of doritos with me at work for the days I do neither.

I would love to eat out, but there is not one decent place to eat where i work. This, by the way, is rome, italy, and believe it or not, there is not a single place i can get a decent sandwich. There is one restaurant which means sitting for too long waiting and i don't have enough time. So i bring my own. sadly. I think it's not (psychologically) healthy to eat at your workplace!
