One which stands out was a Turkish restaurant I went to for my sister's Hen's night. No chairs, we all sat on huge stacks of beautifully decorated cushions on the floor around a low communal table, on which was served an endless array of Turkish food - many of which no-one knew what they were

and the food just kept on coming...and the sweets were so sweet! and the coffee thick as syrup and twice as sweet. Belly dancers circulated the restaurant on an hourly basis, the air was thick with incense. What a memorable night!
Only trouble was - I was 8 months pregnant and wearing a pencil skirt - once I got down on the cushions I stayed there the entire night - she could have told me!!!! Hehe but it was still good.
