| Byblos - What an adventure. Tonight we tried a local Lebanese restaraunt and hookah lounge. We ordered the Mezza ( sampler) and boy were we surprised when they brought out 14 plates of food! Fallafel, two kinds of hummus, dolma, a chunk of feta in oil,Pita, eggplant, lentils, Geez I cannot remember the names of the other items.. but basically cucumber dishes, chick peas, a spinach filled pastry, yellow squash filled with chopped sirloin.. it goes on and on.. IT was quite an adventure. Then to top it off, they have belly dancers and a hookah lounge ( We didnt visit the hookah lounge) but we did enjoy the food and the dancing/music. |
