wow this is ridiculous! i love how the owner tries to defned himself and the staff by saying it wasn't supposed to be seen by anyone...and he needs to fig out how that copy of the bill ended up being taken out to the customers.
i'm like what the hell?! why was your staff even refering to paying customers in that manner?!

I think the restaurant should have comped the bill on the spot! {and gone to one knee and begged for forgivenes, while filing out the severance check for the guilty employee.}

Someone using the modifiers to such an extent would be easy to track.

The guilty party that wrote it should be fired and think about whether it was worth it.

Such arrogance when the customer cant even get the food in a timely manner!!! Less time typing modifiers and more time exceling at your work.

That restaurant should be black listed, and the health department should fine them for truth in advertising, or lack there of in the bill!!

Wow thats real uncool!!
