NYC Lunch this saturday, any recommendations?

Going to the autoshow at javits, and figured I'd hit a nice lunch. Casual attire preferred (by casual I still wear a button down shirt or sweater and shoes, but a nice pair of jeans). Price not that big a deal, cuisine I'm open to, with the exception of a mainly seafood place. Not looking for a burger joint or the "standard" steakhouse which is why I'm asking here not anywhere else where I'd get a Ruth's Chris recommendation or something...... Looking for a nice lunch, bottle of wine....

Rocking horse cafe on 19th and 8th if i remember correctly its latin and spanish flavors done nicely

Gotham City Bar and grill

Les Halles (why not)

my mind is tired.

Umm if you in the city why not try some more take out type of places

Sorry I should have added that I worked on Houston and Varick for 5 years (as a consultant so really work all over manhattan) and I frequented the "frequented" places like Greys and Katz etc. Thanks for the other suggestions though, I'll look into them.

I'm usually a good steak house guy, but want to do different this time as I only get into the city about 5 times a year. Last time I went to Del Friscos and before that I went to Uncle Jacks for some Wagyu.

I've never checked out Les Halles, how is the food? I don't mind going to a cliche type place like this if the food is good.

unfortunately, ended up scrapping the idea as my father surprised me with some tickets to a comedy show last nigth, ate at a great french-thai restaurant in Somerville, NJ called Origin, always amazing food, some of the best meals I've had.

last night, I went to a local place for ribs before the show...

today, I'm trying to figure out what to do with a nice ribeye in the fridge.....

Starland ballroom is almost walking distance, dad got tickets to the "killers of comedy" with the comedians from the Howard Stern show.

Ate a 'Sayreville Bar' for Ribs.
