Clown Elke's Market in Allen, TX can u say yum?!

Wow.
Went in today to get some dinner as I was working a double and needed something light.
The chef was in and he asked a few questions and sent me off with an outstanding Tabuli salad and Fesh Chicken and red onions with cilantro.
It was after 5 and they close at 7.
He'd also given me a taste of salsa verde and a redpepper hummus.

You'd think by this time of day things would be a little past prime, no way.
Super Fresh, Lush and Packed with flavor.

I'd made a sourdough loaf and dipped into the salsa and hummus and could very well go back into the kitchen and finish it all ~ if it weren't 1 am and I really should just go to sleep.

They do take out and have a li'l cafe.

Super groovy wow.

Groovy? it's been a long long long time since I've heard/read that word. Will only be time before we have macrame belts with big buckles and hip hugging bell bottom jeans.....
reads like my kind of eating....lucky girl to have a place like that in your area.
