Musashino's Sushi
My boyfriend brought me here for our anniversary. After hearing some mixed reviews, I was a little nervous, but it turned out to be some of the best sushi I have had in awhile.
We got there, and were placed on the waiting list under 20 minutes. 10 minutes later we were seated with water. Yes, it was a little cramped but I can forgive that, everything was amazing.
The green tea was slightly over steeped but with a little bit of ice, the flavor was excellent. The salmon nigiri was delectable, perfect in every way. We got 6 different rolls, neither of us had eaten that day: we got a Hawaiian roll, a Philadelphia roll, a spicy spider roll, a Marilyn Mon roll, a rock and roll, and an Ozzy roll. Everything was amazing and we both thoroughly enjoyed everything.
Then for dessert, we split a tempura ice cream with brandy sauce. It was decent but I would have rathered another nigiri for my dessert.
A green tea, 6 rolls, 4 pieces of salmon nigiri, a tempura ice cream, and a 25% tip came out to $125. Without tip it evened out to $96. It was a pricey dinner but for an anniversary, it was fabulous. I will recommend it and go back as often as my paycheck allows.
