Thumbs up Kuan, this one's for YOU

At the International Hotel/Motel and Restaurant Show, just concluded, Cape Chef and I sat in on a pastry demo. One of the chefs was Paul Connors, who is now at Zelo and Ciao Bella (in the Minneapolis area, for everybody besides Kuan). You've gotta taste his stuff! One thing he did was an Apple Salad with Cucumber Sorbet -- so simple and SOOOOOOOOO good. And he came across as an incredibly nice guy.

If I'm not mistaken Paul is from Boston. He's brought some innovative stuff to the twin cities lately. I haven't been to either restaurant. (You know how I hate to go out to eat) Thanks for the heads up!

If I ever make cross the Mississippi and make it that far I'm looking you up!
