 The harder they fall..... I find it amazing that these "hobby restaurants" can run up enormous amount of debt when WE get nervous when our measley little produce bill gets 14 days out! I guess if you have enough money you don't have to pay your bills. Then of course, we run our place as if our livelihoods depend on it(because they do).

| I don't feel for Nyla at all. This is the result of not putting a good faith effort into running the restaurant. My feeling is too many superstar chefs, too much hype, all glitz, no substance. I feel for those who can't collect on their hard earned dollars. Kuan |
