Hey, I actually work there.... I am a Cook Level 2 at the Inn on Biltmore Estate. I can answer a lot of questions about it.

The Inn is the fine dining of the Estate, with a big emphasis on dinner.

The Bistro serves lunch and dinner, with wood fired pizzas and different pastas.

Deerpark is geared for a lunch buffet using foods from the different seasons.

Stable Cafe serves gourmet hambugers and sandwiches.

Personally speaking, the Inn is the best in dining experience, but I could aslo be a little biased.
